Thank you...

I'm here today with a card for no reason.  lol!  Just a card.  I made this cut on my Cameo yesterday with a leaf branch I found in the Silhouette store.  I drew lines around to make the window and then cut out the whole card front around that and it came out like this...

On the card base behind, I added in some Fired Brick and Gathered Twig distress inks and then stamped some PTI Text Styles on top of that.  A sentiment and some bling...and done!

Hope everyone is doing well.  I am in shock that we are almost to Thanksgiving.  I am already buying Christmas decorations.  My tree is going up tonight....is that crazy?  It's my most favorite holiday so I can't help myself.  I bought some burlap and red mesh for the tree and I am going to make some monogramed ornaments too.  Can't wait!

  1. Laurie, this is absolutely stunning. I haven't figured out how to do that on my machine yet, still a beginner. You should sell that cut file I am sure people would buy it, I know I would.

I love your card!! :) And I don't think your crazy, for putting up your tree! lol We always do ours on Thanksgiving, though we have done it early before, too! :) We bought a new tree yesterday and my kids having been begging to put it up! I'm trying to wait.... :) So you know, it's one of my favorite holidays, as well!

  20. We are starting to decorate here too...we're hosting Thanksgiving and trying to get ready by getting Christmas decorations done too!
